The E1/D spark tester is a hand held electro-mechanical spark generator producing an output voltage that is adjustable between 10kV and 55kV.

The tester is powered by either 110Vac or 230Vac mains supply. Suitable for intermittent use, the unit is housed in a moulded pistol shaped case enabling single handed operation. The high frequency coil is a plug-in type to allow easy replacement. A range of probes and electrodes is available to suit all applications.

The ST-R spark tester is a remote probe type of electro-mechanical spark generator producing an output voltage that is adjustable between 10kV and 55kV.

The tester is powered by either 110Vac or 230Vac mains supply. The spark generator is housed in a thermoplastic housing and is  connected to the remote probe by 2 metres of cable. Spark generation is activated by pressing the switch on the remote probe handle and the output voltage is adjusted using the rotary knob on the front panel.

All the accessories for the E1D unit will fit the ST-R tester.

The CAL55 calibrator is designed to calibrate the output of the E1/D high frequency spark tester.

It will allow the scale on the back of the unit to be re-calibrated when necessary and can be used to set the output spark to a pre-set voltage level.

The T2C is a lightweight welding torch that is ideal for production use. It incorporates electronic temperature control, giving an air jet temperature of up to 400ºC, making it suitable for welding most common types of thermoplastic material. The T2C requires an external source of dry, clean air producing 70 l/min. If the air supply is restricted, an over temperature circuit will cut the power to prolong element life.

The T2R is our new lightweight welding torch. The hose to body connection can rotate through 270º to avoid hose "wind-up". The new thermoplastic body has internal air channel and frontal jets to reduce the temperature of the barrel.  The torch incorporates electronic temperature control giving an air jet temperature of up to 400ºC, making it suitable for welding most common types of thermoplastic material. The T2R requires an external source of dry, clean air producing 85 l/min. If the air supply is restricted, an over temperature circuit will cut the power to prolong element life. All T2C accessories will fit the T2R torch.
