T2C WELDING TORCH
 

T2C plastic welding torch

  

The T2C is a lightweight welding torch that is ideal for production use. It incorporates electronic temperature control, giving an air jet temperature of up to 400ºC, making it suitable for welding most common types of thermoplastic material. The T2C requires an external source of dry, clean air producing 70 l/min. If the air supply is restricted, an over temperature circuit will cut the power to prolong element life.

T65S plastic welding torch

  

The T65S torch has a built in motor driven blower and so needs no external air source, making it ideal for site work or where access is restricted. The motor has long life carbon brushes and the whole torch is extremely robust. These welding kits contain everything you need to start plastic welding; a welding torch (T65S torch shown but a kit containing a T2C torch is also available); a standard nozzle, tacking nozzle and high speed welding nozzle, weld preparation tools and a spare element.

A mixed bundle containing ABS, HDPE, PA, PBT, PP, PP/EPDM, PVC and Xennoy welding rods is also available to go with the kit.

Standard low speed and extended welding nozzles

   A wide range of nozzles is available to suit a variety of welding rod shapes, sizes and applications. The range includes knives and scrapers for weld preparation and wire brushes for nozzle and torch cleaning.   AIR COMPRESSORS
 
 

70 litre per minute rotary vane pump - supplies 1xT2C welding torch

  

These are small, dry running, rotary vane compressors that are suitable for operating Goodburn T2C plastic welding torches. They are compact with very low noise levels and are easy to build into other equipment.

The pumps are available in two capacities - 70 litres per minute and 155 litres per minute air flow. These capacities are suitable for operating 1 and 2 T2C torches respectively. Both models are available to suit 110V and 240V power supplies.
